Battle: Quasar Science Bi-Color vs Quasar Science RGB Rainbow
In this article we will compare a very popular Quasar Science Bi-Color Crossfade LED bulbs to Quasar Science RGB Rainbow bulbs.

Quick verdict: both bulbs are comparable in brightness.
The above picture shows both bulbs in 3200K mode (differences in hue might be due to the phone camera's auto settings). Though bi-color bulbs (on the left) are a tad brighter than the RBG versions, the difference is inconsequential in real-world applications.
Both bulbs have ceratin advantages and disadvantages. The bi-color bulbs weight less so they can be easier to mount in various situations. RGB bulbs, on the other hand provide a whole range of colors and effects. Here is how some pre set color effects stack up agains the bi-color version.
